Want beautiful skin that glows? Well there are tips you can take that are key to keeping your skin looking its best! Here are some skin care tips that are necessary for having beautiful skin.

1- Drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is absolutely necessary to keep toxins flushing out of your body. Carry a bottle of water around with you that you can refill throughout the day, and never leave the house without it. If you are feeling thirsty, then you're already experiencing the first sign of dehydration. Catch it before it catches you!

2- CLEANSING!
Cleaning your skin properly is of the utmost importance. Body soap and water just wont cut it. Especially if you where heavy makeup that invades your pores and causes break outs. Be sure to wash your face at least twice a day, morning and night and to use a product that is appropriate for you. There are multitudes of products on the market over the counter for skin cleansing such as Clean and Clear by Neutrogena and the widely used Noxema products. 3- Moisturize. Washing your face regularly can sometimes cause the skin to become dry. Its best to have both a day and night time moisturizer, but something is better than nothing. You can select a moisturizer that caters to your skin type (dry, dry combination, or oily) to help prevent your moisturizer from being counterproductive. Wait about 5 minutes after you wash to moisturize.

4- One of the most important tips to taking good care of your skin is SUN PROTECTION.
Use sun screen. You may have strong desires for that dark tanned look now, but if you care at all about how your skin is going to look later on down the road I strongly advice you resist them.

5- Take a multivitamin. A vitamin deficiency can easily prevent your skin from looking its best. Nutrition is key, so don't skip out on your daily servings of fruits and veggies even if you are taking a daily vitamin.

6- Exercise. Getting your blood pumping is going to rejuvenate the skin, giving it that beautiful glow. Try not to exercise wearing makeup.

7- Exfoliate once a week using a store-bought or homemade scrub. A simple one contains only sugar and olive oil, though you can add things like Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, or essential oils, along with other things. Exfoliating removes dead cells and leaves your skin cleaner and softer.

8- Face masks are great to keep your most sensitive and visible skin looking healthy and feeling great. Avocados, bananas, and yogurt combine to make an easy and effective mask, though there are tons of store-bought kinds available and many more recipes out there.

9- Use makeup with brightening ingredients to make your skin more radiant.

10- Eat for a glowing skin. Eat a diet with generous portions of fruits and vegetables to keep the skin healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
